THE VIDEO SUBMISSION PROCESS:
In order to ensure your manuscript achieves maximum impact you now have to prepare a pre-recorded short video of your presentation.
All video files to be uploaded to EDAS (same as your manuscripts) by the May 9 th 2022
This video can be prepared using power point and/or a variety of other free software’s.
Kindly see some details below for you to consider for the video submissions
GENERAL VIDEO REQUIRMENTS:
Videos are encouraged to be a maximum of 10 to 12 minutes in duration
We accept file type mp4 to ensure system compatibility
Do not forget to include the IEEE RFID Introduction video at the start of your video – available at the following link (once you complete the short questionnaire at the following link) – https://forms.gle/nKLAuqLkY7SdXAVt5
SOME GOOD VIDEO PRESENTATIONS DO THIS
In addition to the slides that you are presenting don’t forget to include a mini screen of yourself (this helps with interactions and engaging with the audience !!)
Please watch your video back before submission, to ensure the audio and visual quality is good
Eliminate any visual and / or audio clutter behind you during recording.
Raise your laptop so that your camera is at eye level and speak to the camera – not the screen
